Glasses and other any item, must be resent in their original condition, unworn, with tags, case and packaging. Items returned without tags, case or packaging will not be accepted and sent back to the original shipping address. Glasses that have been tampered with, scratched or broken, do not qualify for repair or exchange.
We do not accept exchanges on products that were not purchased via this website.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of exchanging and delivering their items.
In the case of an exchange, please include your order number, your info and the name of the item you would like to replace your purchase with in your email.

We Ship Worldwide with DHL. Orders take 3-7 business days for international express delivery.
Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday (holidays are not included). Please note that delivery times are estimates only and as such cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery prices are automatically calculated at the checkout page when the delivery destination is selected. Orders will be shipped to your billing address, or an alternative address of your choice. Please ensure you are present in order to sign for the parcel.
